Payment, exchange and return policy

We stand by all our products and implement a strong exchange and return policy which we will outline below.

Payments

All payments are managed off-site by a secure and trusted partner. We presently use Paypal to accept cards, bank transfers and checks, while accepting BitCoin, LiteCoin and DogeCoin via GoCoin.

Payments should be made within 14 days of the invoice due date to avoid late fees and service disruption. Late fees are set at 10% of the invoice total.

Recurring payments are generated 14 days in advance for monthly invoices and 30 days in advance for annual invoices.

The only financial information that our system stores is the payment transaction ID which is provided by Paypal and GoCoin once the payment is complete.

Payment Disputes

Should you feel the need to dispute a payment, please contact us first and let us have the opportunity to address any issues that you may have. This is also what Paypal ask that you do prior to opening a dispute. Any disputes opened without contacting us first will be passed directly to Paypal to make the final decision. If the dispute is found to contain incorrect information (such as “missing parts” when there is no information provided about any missing parts), we will judge the dispute to be fraudulent and may suspend your account while Paypal address the dispute. We will remove the suspension if your dispute is found to be valid.

Exchanges & Returns

We stand by the description and quality of all our products and services. We therefore provide a range of guarantees.

We guarantee that the product or service will function exactly as described. If it does not, please contact us and allow a member of our team to check the product or service for you (access may be required). If we find that the product or service is not functioning correctly and the fault is with our product or service, we will issue a full refund.

With most products, we also provide a price match guarantee. This will be displayed within the description of the product or service if applicable.

If you find a cheaper product or service of the same quality or higher within 1 year, we will refund the difference. To do so, you must first contact us with the details of the product or service you have found so that we can investigate.
