Below are the most common errors you may see, what they mean and how you can immediately correct them.

Common Errors

It is highly unusual to experience an error with WooClick as it is so heavily tested. However, there are some errors that a small percentage of our customers may see. We have compiled the most common errors so that you can find the resolution immediately and save as much time as possible.

the file /wp-content/plugins/wooclick/deskbord.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader

This error means that either IonCube is not installed on your server, or your host has not uploaded it to use the latest loaders. You can ask your host to update the IonCube Loaders, use the IonCube Installer, IonCube Wizard or order our IonCube Installation Service, which is completely free for all our customers.

If you are unsure which one you should select, order our IonCube Installation Service and a support agent will check what needs to be completed and do it for you at no cost.
